Like many companies we are approached daily by recruitment agencies and historically we had a panel of agencies with whom we work with, but having worked with Nicky and Boomerang we very rarely use other recruitment agencies, due to our strong relationship.
Boomerang have taken the time to really understand our specific requirements along with what sort of behaviours we expect from candidates and are therefore able to provide candidates of the highest calibre. Candidates have met or exceeded our expectations for both temporary and permanent position and in many situations we have offered temporary candidates a permanent position.
I have always found the staff at Boomerang to be friendly, helpful, efficient and professional in all areas. Thankfully Boomerang don't bombard me with unwanted pushy sales calls and e-mails like some other agencies, yet I know they are only a phone call away should I need some assistance. On the rare occasion that Boomerang are unable to assist they are honest enough to say, therefore our timescales aren't affected.
