Our client based in Huddersfield are looking for an experienced Software Developer / Database Administrator to be part of their thrieving business. As a small but expanding business the job role would need to remain varied as opportunities arise but in the main you would be required to provide advice and expertise in any areas possible covering some or all of the following: SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Database Design
- Website Design
- Search Engine optimisation
- Network Design
- General System Advice / design
Candidates should be highly competent in the design and development of online systems using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) architecture. This should include all aspect of the system including - Database design, database normalisation, interface design, server-side programming and client-side programming.These skills would be to comlement existing skills within the organisation but also to attract fresh and radical approach.

Freight Account Manager - Bradford
£27,500 + car + attainable bonuses
The ideal candidate will have worked in the Freight forwarding industry for at least 2 or 3 years and preferably 5 years or more. Ideally working for both a large organisation and a small forwarder, and although this isn’t essential, it would be a bonus. During their ‘apprenticeship’ they will have spent a reasonable time being a freight forwarder organising all the documentary and logistical requirements of their employer’s customers. Inevitably the kind of person our client is looking for will have quickly progressed either into some sort of sales capacity, or management related role. Usually after a reasonable period at some sort of mid-management type level they have become to feel exasperated that their career, and by association their salary, has hit a plateau and they are looking for the next step. Our client is the next step for you, they offer each employee a completely free reign to manage their day entirely as they choose without anyone looking over their shoulder or expecting ongoing reports. The candidate would also be able to cost, quote and operate their cargo with whichever suppliers they desire. (Providing they are of course reputable!) Using their own entrepreneurial skills however they think best, pursuing their preferred options to maximise their skills and thereby generate reasonable profits for the company, will in turn generate ongoing salaries which based on their existing people would for a reasonably successful person generate a salary in excess of £ 40,000 without too much difficulty.

Our client based in Halifax are looking for 2 experienced, qualified with CSCS Safety card to join them on a project based in Chester. The position will last for approximately 2 month working Monday to Thursday returning on Friday to Sunday
Traffic management Operative / Forman - Huddersfield
£7ph (Trainee) - £9ph (Operative) - £11ph (Foremen)
You will be required by their employer to work on motorways and/or high- speed dual carriageways.
* You will be a competent member of a high-speed traffic management
team
* Select and place on site relevant traffic management equipment in accordance with client instructions
* Be able to maintain traffic management equipment on site
* Be able to remove traffic management equipment in accordance with client instructions
• Be able to set out a Chapter 8 lane closure from a given datum
Suitable applicants will hold a current CSCS card, be fully qualified in Sector scheme 12 AB and have their own his vis gear.
